About the Production Facility & DataCampus™

Modern media needs modern means; traditional systems don’t work given today’s AI and vertical storytelling’s impact on how we present and consume media. Nor does it make sense to continue relying on third parties to manage how content IP and associated data – from ideation, through production, postproduction, marketing, and distribution, to monetization and archive. No longer will creators play second fiddle, locally or globally.

Redbarre’s DataCampus™: What it Means

Enabling New Talent Discovery and Development
The DataCampus™ focuses on enhancing and fostering innovation, where media and technology intersect, which will attract and create new talent while taking advantage of the experience and wisdom of established experts.

Assembling a Thriving Ecosystem
Starting with state-of-the-art digital media and technology meccas for creating and consuming entertainment, extended reality (XR) and other content, our DataCampus™ provides creators with the tools to operate and manage their own content platform with our LoCo+™ branded marketplace. As a content creator, you are master of your content and destiny when it comes to controlling your IP. As an audience member, you get to pick and choose what you want to watch, including the advertising that is delivered to you (or not).

Next-gen Network and Data Infrastructure
Large bandwidth needs are not limited to just television and film. Other major industries including social media, XR, AI, advertising, retail, scientific, medical, biomedical, architectural/design, big data, artificial intelligence and astrophysics, among others do as well. Redbarre provides revolutionary technology, digital tools and data infrastructure to support them all.

Crafting the Digital Future
The goal is to provide an environment conducive to creative curiosity and action not hampered or diminished by the need to be technically savvy; to enable creators to truly unleash their vision for the content they wish to create, produce, distribute and monetize, without the need to access multiple platforms to do so.

Frequently Asked Questions

The DataCampus,™ represents our business model of extending the traditional benefits of a datacenter to the entirety of a campus environment; providing many of the same benefits normally contained within the four walls of a datacenter:

  • Terabit bandwidth across the campus
  • Unlimited storage capacity
  • Extensive computing resources (for uses such as rendering, AI and other compute intensive applications
  • Stringent security
  • Minimization of lag
  • Five 9s of reliability or better
  • Extensive customer support on and off campus

Colorado makes sense due to its central US location:

  • Main fiber runs from the East and West coasts, Canada & Mexico; all run through Denver.
  • The greater Denver metro area is well positioned to host an AI/HPC that services multiple state-of-the-art digital media and technology meccas for entertainment as well as for XR, AI, and other intensive media disciplines like advanced manufacturing, scientific visualization, and medical imaging.

We seek to solve the following problems:

  • The lack of world-class soundstages in many markets outside the traditional media hubs of LA, NY and ATL.
    • Professional production facilities and data infrastructure in markets that have an abundance of mild weather, sunny blue skies, historic buildings, unique neighborhoods and the unique venues (such as the Rocky Mountains) will draw major motion pictures and TV programs.
  • Providing content creators with a content supply chain infrastructure for control of their IP and maintenance of most, if not all, of their financial return.
  • Hosting a marketplace where audiences can easily find the creator and content they want to consume.
  • Seamless integration between production services and distribution services.
  • Bandwidth on demand: in the low gigabits when not in production and terabits when shooting, editing and finishing.
  • Extensibility to other major industries including social media, advertising, retail, scientific, medical, biomedical, advanced manufacturing, architectural/design, big data, artificial intelligence and astrophysics among others.

Here are some of the highlights:

  • On the Real Estate Side:
    • Redbarre and its investors are reviewing two sites for development, in AZ and FL
    • Development teams are working to move each project forward
    • Expected updates: Fall/Winter 2025
  • On the Content Media and Data Technology Side:
    • Development of its content supply chain is underway (LoCo+ 2.0)
    • Integration of Web3, blockchain, AI and other important technologies are underway
    • Expected launch: 2026

In 2025 LoCo+ merged into Redbarre Connect, a content supply chain company, and is responsible for managing the marketing and distribution of content.

  • LoCo+ provides the Marketplace, a non-platform environment that enables content creators to create, manage and maintain their own IP, and if desired, their own channel, keeping a majority of the monetized value of their IP.
  • LoCo+ provides audiences to easily search for and consume the content they want to see without 3rd party intervention or interference.
  • Redbarre, through its communications division, provides the infrastructure and production platform that provides creators with the ability to ideate and develop their content.
  • Together, LoCo+ and Redbarre form a vertically integrated, end-to-end content supply chain.
The community will let us know what they want to see next – that is the beauty of what we are doing. If you have some ideas, give us a shout. Don’t be bashful; the only dumb question or suggestion is the one not asked or offered.
